Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with ladder use and lifting more than 50 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience and promote current promotions.
• Lead store environment and drive sales while maximizing productivity.
• Support daily opening/closing procedures and ensure pricing/promotions are accurate.
• Ensure product placement, cleanliness, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Foster communication and accountability within the associate team.
