URBN is hiring an Assistant Department Manager for a new location in Kennesaw, GA. You will support the store leadership team in delivering a customer-centric experience, daily objectives, and product flow.

You will lead and develop the associate team, manage the daily zone chart, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and pricing accuracy. The role requires strong communication, willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift and move

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ladder safety and ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience by engaging with shoppers and promoting promotions.
• Lead store team, manage daily zone chart, and drive sales and productivity.
• Maintain product placement, pricing accuracy, and store standards.
• Support opening/closing procedures and onboarding of new hires.
