Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store.
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture to cultivate a welcoming environment for customers.
• Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote events that drive brand engagement and community connections.
• Leads the salesfloor and drives engagement in each zone to prioritize the customer experience and store objectives.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build a diverse, engaged team.
• Champions employee development and team-building activities using brand resources.
• Supports daily operating processes such as opening/closing procedures and maintaining store standards.
• Collaborates with partners to execute shipment and omni-fulfillment processes and maintain stock and markdowns.
• Provides feedback to improve scheduling and payroll for sales and brand initiatives.
• Listens to others and values diverse perspectives to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Keeps leadership informed to ensure teamwork on store objectives.
• Shares store priorities and brand messages with the team.
• Provides feedback on customer and staff experience to Service and Styling Manager.
