Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and at least six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, safety rules and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service leadership; greet customers and use the cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy, damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation per guidelines.
• Safeguard cashier integrity; handle refunds, deposits, and cash controls.
• Assist in store leadership in the Manager's absence.
