Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and scanner, and handle reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership; greet customers and operate register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking and displays as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with planograms and store layout.
• Ensure cash control and accountability; handle refunds and deposits.
