Job Description

As an effective Team Lead at House of Waterford, you will be the face of our brand, leading a passionate team that drives customer satisfaction and sales success.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Your responsibilities will include, delivering consistent floor standards through proper merchandising and cleanliness. Maintaining safety standards, training and supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Create an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets and accurate stock processes is at the core of everything you do, in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient and safe.

Requirements

  • Sales driven. You get excited by selling and are a skilled seller/retailer.
  • Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.
  • Be inspiring and communicate to create a positive work atmosphere.
  • You always strive to improve your results and are quick to recover after a setback.
  • Responsibility for the safety and performance of store employees.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and organisational abilities.
  • Microsoft Office preferable.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5hours per week, however applicants wishing to work on a part-time basis will be considered.
