Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily workflow of the store, both front and back
• Supervise in the absence of management
• Make bank deposits and maintain cash security
• Open and close the store as needed
• Lead staff in completing daily duties
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure timely and quality placement of goods on the sales floor
• Meet production goals
• Follow loss prevention and safety guidelines
• Manage work stations to meet staffing and production needs
• Maintain safety and security of the store environment
• Communicate safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and internet
• Knowledge of safety standards in retail/warehouse settings
• Commitment to the organization’s mission
• Ability to handle cash and operate registers confidently
