Mass Pediatric ABA is located in Westford, MA, and services surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover.

We are hiring a part-time, experienced, and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families 100% remotely. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team, working with families to make a difference through in-home ABA therapy and support.

At Mass Pediatric ABA, we prioritize a personal approach for our employees and families, ensuring open communication and support. We believe empowering caregivers enhances clinical outcomes. This position is vital to our mission, and we seek a BCBA who shares our values and commitment.

We offer an hourly rate of $65-$70 based on education and experience. BCBA employees receive a sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 months.

Our BCBA will:

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop & monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision
• Analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
• Develop and monitor behavior management protocols and intervention plans
• Support families and caregivers in managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses when needed
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, and monitor data and progress

Requirements:

• Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA (having your LABA in advance is preferred)
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Previous ABA Experience
• Completed CORI background check
