Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, while leveraging Intuit resources to grow the local client base.

You will work onsite, collaborate with bookkeeping specialists, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, including small business income and quarterly planning,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax preparation for at least 20 clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 tax returns per year in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and planning.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and coordinate with Intuit solutions for year‑round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and through video tools.
