Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation and planning for individuals and business entities, serve as the primary client contact, and grow the local TurboTax client base with support from marketing and software tools.

Role emphasizes tax expertise, strong client relationships, and the ability to work in a front-facing retail environment, including potential coordination

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience evident by multiple seasons.
• Experience providing tax guidance and planning for individuals and businesses.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and payroll is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite and build local community presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and upsell complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Engage with local community as a TurboTax Expert and grow the client base.
