Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities (S corps, Partnerships), deliver proactive guidance, and own the client relationship with a focus on local community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws with multiple returns prepared.
• Experience serving consumers and small businesses in tax settings and advising on planning.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping concepts and QuickBooks ProAdvisor would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients, including complex situations.
• Develop client relationships and guide clients through tax strategy and year-round services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists to deliver seamless service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools and communications.
