Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States as year-round Business Tax Experts.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities and serve as the primary client relationship owner. On site, you’ll collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and support teams, grow the local TurboTax client base, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with proactive guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (Form 1065 and/or 1120-S) for multiple clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with high annual totals.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising on business tax returns and year-round tax guidance.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses/certifications.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekend hours.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning in personalized language.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support core accounting needs.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community with marketing support and resources.
