Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities while offering proactive tax guidance.

You will own the client relationship, provide tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless service. Strong emphasis on local community engagement and customer growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising small businesses in year-round tax planning.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop full client relationships and deliver tax strategy and preparation across consumer and business entities.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists to deliver a seamless experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service and educate clients on tax planning and related services.
• Grow TurboTax customer base through local community engagement and marketing support.
