Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will work on-site, engaging with the community, growing TurboTax's client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and engage with local prospects.
