Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and guidance.

You will act as a trusted community ambassador, grow the local client base, provide tax advice, and support customers through complex scenarios using TurboTax tools within a friendly retail setting. The role is on-site, non-exempt, and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with tax prep software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax steps.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
