You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base through community outreach and proactive engagement. The role emphasizes serving as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing to expand Intuit’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Build local client base through community outreach and in-store marketing initiatives.
