Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support software solutions while engaging with the local community.

As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships, drive client loyalty, and participate in local marketing efforts. This non-exempt, on-site role requires availability Sunday through Saturday and a minimum of 20 hours

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and nurture relationships in the community.
