Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advisory support, and help customers navigate tax software while building local relationships.

You will engage the community, grow the client base, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This non-exempt, front-facing role offers opportunities to work multiple days and hours per week in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and maintain a front-facing retail presence.
