Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships in the local community. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering personalized tax solutions, expanding the client base, and collaborating with marketing teams to grow TurboTax’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus.
• Leverage marketing support and local outreach to build long-term relationships and trust.
