Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax return preparation and advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.<\/p>

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, helping customers with tax needs, leveraging TurboTax software, and building local client relationships while supporting marketing and growth efforts in the community. This role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – represent TurboTax locally, public face of TurboTax.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax in local marketing efforts.
• Provide Tax Expertise – hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews for deductions, planning, and refunds.
• Utilize government sites and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – professional and helpful service.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax challenges.
