Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and building lasting client relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• On-site at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location with 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients maximize refunds.
