Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software products while growing your local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with deep tax knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax discovery sessions, reviews, and planning using government resources and tools.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language and help grow the local client base.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
