Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients in a retail setting, building lasting relationships within your local community. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will leverage your tax knowledge to optimize client refunds, educate customers on tax planning, and contribute to local marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ federal/state forms).
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment, 20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and tax planning opportunities.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person using TurboTax tools.
