Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail program as Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and build trust in our brand. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide guidance, and support customers through in-person consultations while growing our client base locally.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
