Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their tax needs while representing Intuit in the local community. As a non-exempt, on-site role, you will collaborate with financial experts, handle personal and business tax scenarios, and contribute to growing the client base through proactive outreach and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; ability to work Sundays through Saturdays.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Engage with local community as TurboTax ambassador and aid marketing efforts.
