Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States as dedicated year‑round Business Tax Experts. On‑site, you will provide full‑service tax preparation for consumer and business clients, deliver expert tax advice, and own the relationship with each customer.

You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, grow TurboTax’s local client base, and extend guidance across services.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Experience preparing federal and state business returns for multiple clients per season.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for consumers and businesses.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support client needs.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and marketing involvement.
• Maintain a professional front-facing presence in a retail environment.
