Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients.

In this role, you’ll grow the client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through in-person interactions and digital tools. The position is non-exempt with flexible hours and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN and state licenses as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns filed per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours per week, weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience helps.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers, including deductions optimization and planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences with professionalism and trust, in-person and via TurboTax tools.
