Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor in the community. The role focuses on growing the TurboTax client base by engaging with customers, generating long-term relationships, and leveraging Intuit marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax in the local community and nurturing leads.
• Provide tax expertise by giving hands-on advice and completing tax preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a genuine desire to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, building trust for long-term relationships.
