Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and engaging with the community.

The role emphasizes on-site availability, tax expertise, and a proactive approach to growing TurboTax’s local presence. A uniform, 20+ hours/week schedule, and front-facing retail duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Offer tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with the community and market TurboTax locally.
