Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will engage with the community, grow the client base, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver personalized tax solutions in friendly, everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates permits or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships through community engagement.
