Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building client relationships and driving local growth.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers navigate complex tax needs, offer planning tips, and deliver a best-in-class experience. Requires active tax credentials and ability to work at least 20 hours/week in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals while building trust and repeat business.
