Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail or Flagship Expert to provide full‑service tax prep for individuals and small businesses, serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor in‑store.

You will offer tax planning, software support, and relationship management, collaborating with bookkeeping specialists as needed to grow the local TurboTax client base and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience for individuals and small businesses.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax prep; 30+ returns per tax year in a retail setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Develop relationships and introduce complementary services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Represent Intuit locally as a community ambassador and grow client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
• Work with bookkeeping specialists as needed to support client needs.
