Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation for individuals and business entities at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy and preparation, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community marketing, and present accessible tax content while complying

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal tax preparation experience (30+ returns/year)
• 3+ seasons of business tax preparation for up to 20 clients/season
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for consumers and businesses
• Develop relationships and upsell related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.)
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
• Support local community engagement and marketing efforts for TurboTax
• Act as a trusted guide, growing the client base and completing year-round tax planning
