Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and businesses while guiding clients through tax planning and related services. You will own client relationships as the primary Expert, support bookkeeping as needed, and participate in local community engagement and marketing efforts to grow TurboTax's presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients.
• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, with 30 returns per tax year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients from diverse scenarios.
• Develop relationships with clients and act as their dedicated tax expert across services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through in-person and remote interactions.
