Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice while engaging customers to grow the local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you will use tax knowledge to maximize refunds and offer planning guidance, build lasting relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a retail environment.
• Utilize tax resources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
