Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support directly to customers in a friendly, front-facing environment.

As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow your local client base, deliver excellent service, and collaborate with marketing to make taxes approachable. A licensed tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and drive client loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing and use TurboTax tools to deliver a great customer experience.
