Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll engage with customers, leverage TurboTax tools, and build long-term relationships in a front-facing retail environment. 20+ hours/week, Sundays-Saturdays, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must reside within the United States.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers with personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
