Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in on-site retail locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building trust and guiding clients through complex tax scenarios.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and work a front-facing retail environment with flexible hours and a strong focus on customer service. Must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
