Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate tax needs and empower their financial wellbeing.

As part of a collaborative team of financial professionals, you will engage with customers, participate in local marketing, and provide hands-on tax preparation and planning.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to obtain or maintain state licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex cases.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language using government resources and team support.
