Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, with support from a team of bookkeeping specialists for related needs.

You'll grow TurboTax’s local client base, deliver tax guidance, and represent the brand in the community, while adhering to Intuit policies and offering services beyond filing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax prep software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Guide clients through tax planning and deductions and use Intuit resources to deliver accurate solutions.
• Build relationships and cross-sell services like bookkeeping and payroll for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and viaIntuit tools.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow TurboTax presence locally.
