Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, onsite.

This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support, while growing Intuit’s local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Build trust and grow the local client base through community engagement and marketing support.
