Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role involves on-site, in-person tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with personalized guidance.

You will be part of a collaborative team, leveraging tax expertise and TurboTax tools to grow the local client base and foster

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season with professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States and able to work Sundays-Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Engage with customers in-person to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain compliance.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach.
