Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This year-round on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to deliver accurate tax preparation and friendly, local guidance.

You will build a local client base, provide tax advice, and support customers through complex returns while representing Intuit with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language and build client relationships.
