Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while helping grow the local client base.

You’ll be part of a team of financial experts, representing TurboTax in the community and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This on-site, part-time, non-exempt role requires at least 20 hours weekly and residency in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
