Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Possess or obtain relevant State licenses and permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax rules.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax location and wearing a uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and professional tools.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term customer relationships.
