Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Retail Recruitment Coordinator to support multiple store managers with recruiting tasks, including uploading candidate documents to the ATS and scheduling interviews.

You will conduct phone pre-screens, run employee satisfaction surveys, and enter survey data into spreadsheets, providing essential recruitment admin support for a nonprofit workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Previous experience in recruitment or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upload candidate documents to the ATS.
• Conduct phone pre-screens to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with new hires and record feedback.
• Provide recruitment administrative support to store managers.
