The role also includes coordinating and administering employee satisfaction surveys and entering survey data into spreadsheets for analysis. A strong emphasis on organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in recruitment or administrative support preferred.
