Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Retail Recruitment Coordinator to support multiple store managers with their recruitment efforts.

You will upload candidate documents to the ATS, conduct phone pre-screens, and assist with interview scheduling to build a strong applicant pipeline. In addition to coordinating interviews, you will conduct satisfaction surveys for new hires and enter results into spreadsheets for tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Previous experience in recruitment or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upload retail candidate documents to the ATS.
• Conduct phone pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and store managers.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys with new hires and record feedback.
