Pilot Company in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to attract top talent for store level positions and to support openings nationwide. You will collaborate with field and store management to streamline recruiting and improve staffing outcomes.

Key duties include screening résumés, coordinating interviews, posting jobs, and engaging with colleges and leadership programs. Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, emphasis in human resources management or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year human resources management experience preferred.
• Previous retail or restaurant industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, advanced Excel preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store operations to develop recruiting strategies in response to market conditions to attract candidates for store level hourly positions.
• Provide staffing support for new store openings (advertising, job fairs, recruiting materials).
• Screen and select résumés based on store and restaurant needs and forward to management or recruiters.
• Provide telephone and email support to store management regarding ATS and recruiting functions.
• Schedule field management level interviews for Recruiters.
• Post and maintain all job postings; post franchise positions on respective sites.
