Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to document and verify business requirements.
• Ability to bridge communication between stakeholders and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps aligned with Retail Operations goals.
• Provide business application support and configuration with process owners.
• Coordinate with IT, PMO, and vendors for project delivery and releases.
• Develop detailed requirements for product features for development teams.
• Act as liaison between Retail and IT to implement enhancements.
